This retreat will be led by Aimee Taylor, LCSW. Aimee brings 20 years of experience in utilizing nature and mindfulness to help clients connect with their authentic selves, build self-love and confidence.
We will provide a nurturing environment where you are free to explore, learn and grow. Wherever you may be in your life is where we begin. Aimee will lead you through to greater self-awareness, healing and growth.
