Aging Well Group for Women
Starts June 20, 2023 Weekly on Tuesdays at 2:00 PM
Women over the age of 55 will have an opportunity to meet, socialize, and engage with peers who are experiencing a variety of concerns due to aging. Some topics include physical health issues, isolation, limited support, life transitions, etc.
This support group will be led by Amanda Werdann, LCSW. Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her master’s degree in Social Work and is currently pursuing her doctorate. She has experience working with individuals and groups on life adjustment, relationship/social issues, low self-esteem, and anger.

Neurodiverse Support Group
Weekly on Wednesdays at 12:00 PM
Neurodiverse adults will have the opportunity to meet other peers, connect, and build on skills through training/workshops/role play/and group discussions. This group will foster acceptance and connection amongst peers and facilitate self-discovery and encouragement to reach their goals through self-expression of thoughts, feelings, and ideas.
This support group will be led by Alanna Teitelbaum, LCSW. Alanna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane University. She is experienced working with individuals with developmental disabilities both in individual and group therapy. Alanna is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Neurodiverse individuals.
