We believe yoga is for everyone regardless of age or level of physical fitness!
Exceptional Wellness offers private and small-group yoga and mindfulness classes. The classes offer the individualized attention that most students require.
Yoga and mindfulness help with quieting the restless mind, moving through the world with a calm attitude, as well as maintain a healthy body.
Our classes are taught by experienced registered yoga teachers.
Yoga classes are offered in person or virtually.
Light Vinyasa Flow
Mondays 10 AM- 11 AM
Join us on Mondays at 10 am for a light vinyasa flow for all levels. Our instructors create a safe and calming space for students to achieve their wellness goals.
This class will be led by Jarod. Jarod is a certified yoga teacher experienced in teaching all skill levels, different styles, and people of all backgrounds. Jarod is a passionate yoga teacher who believes yoga is the premier way to connect the mind, body, and soul. He prides himself on creating a safe and calming space for people to practice mindfulness and asanas.

Meet the Instructors
Jenna is a dedicated certified yoga instructor and wellness coordinator at Exceptional Services Group, where she combines her passion for yoga with her commitment to promoting holistic well-being. With a deep-rooted belief that yoga encompasses not only physical postures but also the essential mental and spiritual components, Jenna strives to create a comprehensive and enriching yoga experience for her students.
Jarod is a certified yoga teacher experienced in teaching all skill levels, different styles, and people of all backgrounds. Jarod is a passionate yoga teacher who believes yoga is the premier way to connect the mind, body, and soul. He prides himself on creating a safe and calming space for people to practice mindfulness and asanas.
In 2001, Jill co-founded Exceptional Services Group with her husband, Justin Vassi. Originally focused on vacations, the company evolved to offer a broad spectrum of services, including counseling, yoga, dance, retreats, workshops, and events. Jill’s dedication to holistic well-being resulted in a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Raja yoga in 2012, and a level one and level two certificate in Creative Relaxation. Jill is currently pursuing her 500-hour training in integrative yoga.
Private Yoga and Mindfulness
One-on-one sessions, once or twice a week, with a registered yoga teacher. Yoga and mindfulness help you quiet the restless mind and move through the world with a calm attitude and a healthy body. We believe yoga is for every body! Open the door to self compassion and improved health.
Yoga for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
Our registered yoga teachers are also certified and experienced in teaching yoga to students with developmental and intellectual disabilites. Our program supports development and a positive sense of self in a gentle, safe and FUN environment. Benefits include increased attention, focus and concentration, self-esteem building and confidence.
